Delete your account and data
You can request deletion of your JyotishAI account and its associated cloud data.
How to request deletion
- Email jyotishai.contact@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject “JyotishAI account deletion request”.
- If you signed in with a mobile number, include that number and do not send passwords or verification codes.
What will be deleted
After we verify the request, we will delete the account authentication record and associated cloud profile, birth details, saved chats, readings and engagement records. Information stored only on your device can be removed by clearing JyotishAI storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
Timing and exceptions
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve security issues.
